Because we ship directly from our partners, US delivery times via FREE SHIPPING are approximately 2-3 weeks. International (outside of US) insured shipping will arrive in approximately 3-4 weeks. Mercantile Miner only uses trackable shipping, and once your items have entered designated delivery country, tracking is available. 

Kindly note that delivery times will vary during holidays or limited edition launches. Also, due to the worldwide Corona Virus Pandemic, shipping times may be affected.  

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges incurred.

Mercantile Miner offers a 14 day money back guarantee for all purchases. A refund ticket must be submitted to our customer care team, and upon approval, all orders must be shipped back to Mercantile Miner, with return shipping payed by the customer.

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, Mercantile Miner will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
